The development will consist of proposed extensions to the building including bin store, store room, larger crew room, corral area, kitchen and dining area, and ‘McDelivery’ area, with new entrance lobby and sliding entrance doors; internal modifications/upgrade works and external elevational modifications to facilitate these extensions; removal of existing, unused stand-alone shower building and re-location of bicycle parking stands to allow for the provision of a new fast-forward booth and associated bay; reconfiguration of existing car park area; landscaping including works to the external patio area and to pedestrian routes; and all other associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
