Planning permission for a development on a 4,300 m2 site. The proposed development comprises amendments to the existing granted planning permission, D25A/0542/WEB and D25A/0004/WEB. The proposed amendments include removing the balustrades from the front, rear and side facades of the buildings on the first and second floors of both residential blocks.
