The proposed development will amend DCC Reg Ref 5042/22 and will include • Demolition of Nos. 5, 6, 7 George’s Quay and replacement with a new two storey building, which includes a retractable roof. • The omission of the roof garden and minor alterations to the elevations on the retained and refurbished Tara Street buildings. • Reduction in the number of permitted concessions from 13 no. units to 9 no. units. • Omit permitted basement extension, resulting in no changes to the existing basement. The proposal also includes all associated works to enable the development of the proposal. The remainder of the development will remain as permitted by Reg. Ref. 5042/22.
