What is being proposed
Amendments to the existing granted planning permission, D25A/0542/WEB and D25A/0004/WEB. The proposed amendments include removing the balustrades from the front, rear and side facades of the buildings on the first and second floors of both residential blocks. The application also includes an amendment to increase the number of bicycle parking spaces from 39 to 48, and the relocation of several bicycle parking spaces to the rear of the townhouse residential block to allow for tree planting on the street front.
