What is being proposed

The development will consist of the erection of a mono-pitch steel framed shed to enclose the previously approved car wash (subject to grant reference SD22A/0442) to the southeast corner of the existing building. The new Shed ( 60 m2) to be clad in grey cladding to match existing as far as possible and be fitted with a roller shutter vehicular and a separate pedestrian door. The proposal includes for all associated site works and we also seek permission, for the retention of the existing mono pitched steel framed car port roof ( 33 m2) installed adjacent to the car wash.
