Planning permission and temporary planning permission for development at this site of c.0.2806 ha. The site is bounded by Rock Road to the north, Castledawson Avenue to the west and Blackrock Clinic and Hospital to the south and east. The proposed development will represent the next phase of the Masterplan for the redevelopment of Blackrock Clinic and will comprise the following: • Demolition of ‘Glenalla’, ‘Seafort Lodge’ and associated outbuildings and temporary buildings (c. 888sqm in total). • Provision of 3 no. two-storey, temporary (for 10 years) hospital buildings (c. 2,806sqm in total), to accommodate existing clinical and support services and personnel relocated from ‘St. Catherines’ within the campus new access from Blackrock Clinic and modification to the existing vehicular access from Seafort Lodge to Castledawson Avenue to enable egress for service vehicles from Blackrock clinic and hospital. • All associated works including provision of an LV Electrical room, loading bay and car parking. • Minor amendments to granted permission D21A/0627 to accommodate these works.
