Application for both Planning Permission and Retention Permission. The application seeks planning permission for the formation of a two-storey structure across a portion of the existing attic-level at No 25, all to facilitate enlarging (extending) two of the existing first-floor bedrooms, the existing first floor bathroom, and the existing first- floor store. It seeks to provide each of these small rooms with an internal floor-to-ceiling height of 2450mm. The application includes the provision of two attic-level windows to the rear elevation in lieu of the existing attic-level window. It includes the relocation of one existing rooflight, and the closing-up of three existing rooflights. It includes the provision of one additional window to service the enlarged first floor bathroom. The small area of new roof will be flat. In addition to all of the above, this application also seeks retention permission for the existing ground-floor level, single-story, open-plan, living/kitchen area and adjacent bedroom, study, and bathroom, which were constructed in 2018.
