Retention Permission and Planning Permission is sought for alterations to the development granted under Reg. Ref. F20A/0046 at Glenlion House and Reg. Ref. F22A/0285 at Glenlion Chalet - both properties are now under the same ownership. Retention Permission is sought for revision to Glenlion House relative to the permission previously granted under Reg. Ref. F20A/0046 comprising a 139sq.m reduction in the floor area of the dwelling at lower ground floor level, the omission of an external staircase and all associated internal/external revisions. Planning Permission is sought for (i) amendment of Reg. Ref. F22A/0285 comprising the non-demolition of Glenlion Chalet, a single storey chalet structure (86.6sq.m) located to the immediate north-east of Glenlion House which was previously permitted to be demolished under Reg. Ref. D22A/0285); (ii) external modifications to the chalet structure including demolition and replacement of roof with new flat roof with solar panels, and revised fenestration details and material finishes; (iii) provision of a 43.6sq.m single-storey corridor/extension, with 1 no. rooflight, to provide a connection between the upper ground floor level of Glenlion House and Glenlion Chalet, together with associated internal revisions to both structures; and, (iv) all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
