Source description

What is being proposed

The retention development consists of the erection of a 2 metre high double leaf aluminium vehicular gate of 3.475 metres width and a single leaf aluminium pedestrian gate of 0.74 metres width, hung on two pillars 2.148m high. Permission is sought to cut back the two pillars so as to provide clear and safe sight lines in each direction as required by DMURS. The gates provide continued vehicular and pedestrian access to the rear garden area of Mount Verona from Martello Avenue as per previous access.
