Retention Permission for the installation and operation of 5 no. standalone structures, comprising: a) 1 no. single storey, detached structure (52.7m2 GFA) providing for Physio and Athletic Therapy services. b) 1 no. single storey, detached Coffee Kiosk and associated sheltered outdoor seating area (15. 7 m2 GFA). c) 1 no. single storey, detached container unit converted for the use as a food service unit (21.9 m2 GFA), 1 no. canopy affixed to the front of the food service unit, 1 no. sheltered indoor seating area ancillary to the food service unit (9.18 m2 GFA), together with associated signage. d) 1 no. sauna facility (41.96 m2 GFA) within an enclosed timber structure consisting of 1 no. standalone sauna cabin, 2 no. plunge pools, and 1 no. outdoor shower. e) 1 no. detached storage container (30 m2 GFA) for the purpose of storing equipment and maintenance machinery in connection with the existing G.A.A. Club facility. f) All associated site works and services to facilitate development.
