DZ20A/0399 (amended by Reg. Ref. DZ21A/1069)); pedestrian and cyclist network and connections; a mobility hub (113.8 sq m); 192 No. car parking spaces, of which 158 No. are proposed within the undercroft and 34 No. are proposed externally, on-street; 8 No. motorcycle parking spaces; cycle parking; internal residential amenity space (540.1 sq m); hard and soft landscaping, delivered as public open space, communal amenity space and incidental open space; private amenity space as balconies and terraces facing all directions; boundary treatments; lighting; ESB substations; bulky stores; bin stores; plant; green roofs; rooftop PV Panels, lift overruns and plant; the decommissioning of the temporary attenuation Pond P7 (previously permitted under Reg Ref. DZ20A/0399 (amended by Reg. Ref. DZ21A/1069)); and all other associated site works above and below ground.
