(i) Construction of a three-storey over basement residential accommodation building for retired members of religious orders and persons aged 55 and older (and shall not be used as a nursing home or other institutional care facility) and will comprise 32 no. bedrooms with en-suites (6 no. bedrooms at ground floor level, 13 no. bedrooms at first floor level and 13 no. bedrooms at second floor level); (ii) provision of communal facilities at ground floor and basement level; (iii) provision of plant at basement and roof level; (iv) provision of outdoor communal open space (190 sq.m.) to the rear; (v) provision of sheltered bike parking, bin stores and generator house to the rear; (vi) provision of pedestrian only access off Haddington Place; (vii) provision of loading bay adjacent to Haddington Place, and, (viii) landscaping, SUDS drainage, plant, boundary treatments and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
