Conversion of one existing floor-to-ceiling arched window to doorway, within the existing structural arch which is to be retained. Works consist of replacement of existing window with a glazed anthracite PVC door unit, maintaining a similar appearance to the existing window. A single course of brickwork at floor level to be removed to create a level threshold for safe member access to garden.
