The development will consist of amendments to the Planning Application WEB5701/25 including the redesign, renovation and upgrade of a detached dwelling house, ancillary mews and their curtilage. In the 310m2, detached, 3-storey, dwelling house the proposed amendments include: Photo voltaic (PV) panels and replacement conservation roof light installed to the inside slopes of the main roof. Suitable insulation installed at attic level. Shower room, bathroom, and arched lintel installed on first floor.…

WC, shower room, utility room, and partitions to reinstate service rooms and hall installed, non-original internal plaster work replaced with suitable insulation and plaster, non-original glass replaced with suitable double glazing to all windows, non-original floor slab replaced with insulated concrete floor slab on lower ground floor. To the rear of the house 27m2 non-original, single storey, lean-to extension and associated demolished, 45m2 new, single storey extension with green roof and associated constructed, heat pump installed screened from public view. In the 83m2, detached, 2-storey, ancillary mews to the rear proposed amendments include: 6m2 non-original, single storey, extension and associated demolished on the East facade. Redesign of building facades and installation of new, timber or similar insulated windows and doors (subject to investigative works, and excluding original window to North). Removal of non-original partitions, finishes, fixtures and stair and redesign of building to include double height entrance hall, compliant stair & landing, two bedrooms, shower room, multi-functional room, and garden store. Non-original ground floor slab replaced with insulated concrete floor slab, non-original internal plaster work replaced with suitable insulation and plaster (subject to investigative works). Suitable insulation installed at rafter level. New conservation roof lights and PV panels installed on the inside (East) slope of the roof, heat pump installed screened from public view. In the building curtilage, proposed amendments include : Removal of a non-original gate. Repair of the garden wall to Northbrook Road. Replacement of hard landscaping with a permeable, biodiverse garden. French drain or similar installed to buildings perimeters (subject to investigative works). Installation of 2 electric car charge points screened from public view. Generally, the amendments to the house, mews and curtilage include : New services, their associated works, and ancillary works. Like for like repairs to existing fabric as required.
