What is being proposed
The development will consists of: Retention permission for development consisting of the construction of a single-storey family flat to the side of the existing dwelling and a single-storey extension to the kitchen at the rear of the dwelling, together with all associated internal alterations, site works and ancillary works. Further justification is included with this application to demonstrate compliance with Section 14.10.3, Objective SPQHO46 and Policy SPQHP42 of the Fingal Development Plan 2023-2029, which was not included in the previous retention application under Reg. Ref. FW25A/0554E. The site is located within a Strategic Development Zone area.
