Amendments to previously permitted development Reg. Ref. D25A/0284/WEB (ACP-322865-25) as follows: (i) the reorganisation of the previously approved bin/bicycle store located to the west of the site and private open space associated with the existing dwelling (Saint Helens) adjacent to the western site boundary to provide a revised bin/bicycle store and a reduction in the remaining private garden allocated to Saint Helens (198.5sq.m remaining) within this area. (ii) the construction of 1 no. flat-roofed two storey three-bedroom dwelling; (iii) provision of 1 no. vehicular parking space allocated to the proposed dwelling; and (iv) the development will include all associated works including, landscaping, planting and boundary treatments, infrastructure, lighting, foul/surface drainage, site works, necessary to facilitate the development.
