What is being proposed
The development will consist of the material change of use from office/storage to a unit for day services use, to enable the provision of services to people with intellectual disabilities. The removal of the existing mezzanine floor and the removal of the existing roller shutter unit and installation of new windows to the front and rear elevation, (d) the widening of the existing doors to the front and rear elevation.
