Construction of a new recessed access point at northern coast road end comprising splayed low level rendered walls with railings over to match existing, capped rendered piers with feature lighting & stepped & graded pedestrian approach to hotel to include for installation of low-level lighting & all associated & ancillary hard & soft landscaping works. To include also for the erection of one new double-sided, internally illuminated on-curtilage signboard at the coast road end measuring 1 m x 2 m (advertising area) extending to 4 m in height above local ground level together with all associated site development works.
