Works comprised of: 1.The removal of existing PVC windows to both the front and rear elevations and their replacement with traditional timber Georgian-style sash windows. 2. The installation of a new ope between the main hallway and the front reception room, formed within an existing previously modified opening. 3. The installation of a new kitchen within the rear room, including the closure of two existing openings to the rear hallway, with the formation of one new opening.4. The demolition and removal of a non- original concrete block lean-to structure at the rear of the property. 5. Alterations to the existing basement layout, including the removal of non-original partitions and limited removal of original wall fabric, together with the installation of double doors opening onto the rear patio area. This also included a new kitchen arrangement to provide an improved basement layout. 6. Roof repairs.
