The development seeking retention permission consists of a revised side boundary wall treatment along the northern boundary, which comprises a 50 metre in length and 2-metre-high boundary wall, comprised of a railing over dwarf wall. Retention permission is also being sought for a revised entrance arrangement at the Tower Street entrance which comprises 3 No. removable bollards, each 900mm in height. These structures are revisions to the previously approved 2-metre-high block wall along northern boundary and entrance gates at Tower Street which were previously consented under Part VIII Reference F/595/06.
