What is being proposed
Permission is sought for the demolition of ground floor rear structure (approx. 18sqm) and associated roof, removal of 1 no. chimney and the construction of single storey extensions to the front and rear with part pitched and part flat roof (total floor area of ground floor extensions approx. 48sqm).
