Source description
The development will consist of: (a) Internal alterations to existing bar, lounge and associated staff and ancillary accommodation, all at first floor level. (b) External alterations to the existing façade on Chapel Lane and Foster Way on north and east elevations. (c) New roof terrace is being modelled as part of the roof of the new building creating partial enclosure with a retractable bespoke canopy roof. This area will be accessed by 2 staircases internally and have toilets off the terrace garden area at terrace/first floor level. (d) This terrace garden at first floor level also has a bar, stores and seating areas with planting. (e) Also included are alterations to existing site drainage and mechanical ducting extraction and associated siteworks around the revised first floor layout, internally and at roof level to make it building regulations compliant.
