B) Vehicular, pedestrian, and cyclist access taken directly from Palmer Road, with uncontrolled pedestrian crossings and footpath link extending along the south of Palmer Road extending east.…

B) Vehicular, pedestrian, and cyclist access taken directly from Palmer Road, with uncontrolled pedestrian crossings and footpath link extending along the south of Palmer Road extending east. This overlaps slightly with permission FCC Reg. Ref.: F23A/0169; ACP Ref: PL06F.318987 and will supersede the layout at the northern perimeter to provide a footpath width of 2 metres at Palmer Road with boundary treatments to neighbouring properties. C) The provision of 65 no. on-curtilage surface car parking spaces serving dwellings and 3 no. visitor spaces (1 accessible space), to serve the residential units, along with internal roads and shared pedestrian and cyclist routes. Cycle parking provided on-curtilage. D) The provision of c. 1,735 sqm of landscaped public open space comprising c. 660 sqm at the southwestern part of the site and 1,075 sqm in the northeastern part of the site, including informal play opportunities, SuDS features, and retained vegetation.
