What is being proposed

The installation of roof mounted solar PV panels on the existing warehouse building. The proposed development will consist of solar panels on roof mounted frames, 1 no. single-storey inverter enclosure building containing 8 no. inverters and 1 no. solar combiner panel, electrical ducting and cabling within the site and all associated ancillary development and works. Construction and operational access will be via the existing site entrances from the existing Magna Business Park internal road network. This is a solar energy development under Renewable Energy Directive (RED III) and will be subject to a completeness check by South Dublin County Council.
