Opportunity fit
Running track, playing pitches, all-weather pitch, car parking, boundary extension into road network and in-ground power/water units all require substantial groundworks, drainage and hardstanding.
500 trees, nature trails, native tree planting, inclusive play spaces, civic plaza, outdoor gathering areas and public realm works are explicitly central to the proposal.
In-ground power and water units plus boundary extension into the road network imply utility and civil infrastructure works.
Floodlighting for the running track and in-ground power units are explicitly proposed.
Large multi-package public park renewal spanning pitches, pavilion, plaza, planting and road works suits an overall contractor.
Large-scale groundworks and tree planting across the site imply plant-intensive operations.
