The site extends to approximately 0.26 ha and is bound by Parkview Road to the north; nos. 58, 59 and 60 Parkview Grove to the west; nos. 16, 17 and 18 Oakwood Close and open space including mature trees to the south; and brownfield lands to the east. The development will consist of: [1] The removal of the previously permitted crèche, sheltered housing, associated car parking, and related works permitted by Reg. Ref. DCC-5252/22 (ABP Ref. ABP-317818-23); [2] The replacement with and construction of 12 no. affordable houses comprising 4 no. two-storey semi-detached units (House Type B1), and 8 no. two storey terraced units (House Type B) with front and rear gardens, 12 no. car parking spaces, bin storage, public footpath, landscaping, boundary treatments (wall, steel railings, post and timber fencing) and all associated and ancillary site development works, including services infrastructure, above and below ground.
