What is being proposed
The development of an outdoor play area as an ancillary use to the main premises of a crèche in the Marina Village which has resulted in the loss of the primary drop off area serving the creche, in front and to the east of the unit. The permanent development of the area comprises of metal fencing of 1.8meters in height around astroturf flooring of circa 104m2. The question posed to The Planning Authority is whether the construction of an enclosed open-air outdoor play area and associated development, directly associated with an existing childcare facility, occurring immediately adjacent to and in front of the Eastern gable facade of an existing Unit know as Fragrance House, Marina Village, is or is not exempted development
