01)The demolition of a non-original single storey extension to the rear and the construction of a single storey extension to the rear. 02)External Works to include alteration to the ground floor return external side wall to form a new window opening and alter the existing door opening to connect to the new extension, replacement of the non- original PVC windows to the rear of the house with new painted hardwood windows, replacement of the existing non-original PVC dome window rooflight, repair of original cast iron railing to the front, replacement of non-original cement roof tiles with new slated roof to match historic slates. Front door to be replaced with new door to match existing, existing portico and canopy to be refurbished. 03) Internal alterations to include a new ground floor slab, alteration of an opening in the hall to form storage access, replacement of non-original doors, relocation of the kitchen to the front reception room, replacement of bathroom and plumbing installations, blocking up a door opening to the small front bedroom and relocating the door to a new opening from the main bedroom to a new ensuite, insulation of the external walls, removal of non-original partitions and installation of new partitions in the bathrooms. 04) General refurbishment of the existing house including repairs to the windows (to include slimline double glazing), roofs and facades (including replacement of sand cement render to lime plaster) and associated conservation works. 05) All associated site works required to facilitate the development. This is a Protected Structure.
