Planning Permission for the extension and alteration of our house an existing two storey house with attic conversion and associated ancillary buildings. The proposed development will incorporate the following: (a) Replacement of existing side, rear and front extensions with redesigned single storey extensions incorporating kitchen, living, dining and utility uses to the side and rear. The total decrease in floor area at ground floor level = -48m2. (b) The extension and alteration of an existing attached single storey garage/carport to the front. The total increase in floor area of the garage/carport = 14m2. (c) Replacement of an existing rear two storey extension with a redesigned two storey with attic over, stairwell extension to the rear of the house. The total decrease in floor area at first floor level = -19m2. (d) Adjustment of the existing attic floor layout and connection to the new stairwell extension. The total increase in floor area at attic floor level = 30m2. (e) Proposed roof alterations including 3 no. dormer windows to the front elevation, 2 no. Velux roof windows to the rear elevation, adjusted roof shape to facilitate the attic access and the new stairwell roof, all serving a previously converted attic floor. (f) Adjustment of the existing rear ancillary buildings. The total decrease in floor area of the ancillary buildings = -65m2. (g) Installation of a new sliding gate and associated railings to the existing front boundary and vehicular entrance. (h) Drainage and landscaping works within the curtilage of the site.
