The development consists of the following ; ''Alteration of Condition 2 of Planning Grant, F18A/0480 (F18A/0480 previously granted-Permission for continuation of use as Montessori School of part of Donabate Parish Hall- a protected structure- and retention of existing timber screen fencing to children's play area to the rear of the same building together with associated works) '' The proposed alteration of Condition 2 propose changing the current operating time of 09:15 hours-12:15 hours & 12.45 hours - 15.45 hours to new proposed operating time of 09:15 hours -15.45 hours '' All ancillary works.
