What is being proposed
The development will consist of: the retention of works carried out to date which include initial site enabling works and demolition works and permission for the completion of the construction of a two storey extension to the south of the existing school building (166sqm), to include a Classroom and Resource room on Ground floor a Classroom and Resource room on First floor. The development will include the demolition of the existing external access stairs and construction of a new external access stairs to the existing play area at first floor, together with a new bicycle parking shelter, associated landscaping and site works.
