The proposed development will comprise conservation, repair and restoration works, internal refurbishment works, the construction of a single storey extension to rear. The house is to be brought back from multi occupancy use into use as a single family home to comprise a single four-bedroom house split across three floors (in the main body of the original house) and to rear (the original return to the main house) across 4 half landing floors. Landscaping works to rear and front including the reduction of 4 no existing car parking spaces in the front garden to 2 no spaces only, and the reinstatement of original style railings to front, repair to boundary walling to front and rear garden. Retention permission is sought for the demolition of a structurally unstable extension dating from the 1970’s.
