Knockrabo Investments DAC intend to apply for permission for a Large-scale Residential Development (LRD) application comprising amendments to a previously permitted LRD application (Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council (DLRCC) Reg. Ref. LRD24A/0882/WEB (as amended under DLRCC Reg. Ref. LRD25A/0822/WEB) on lands at Knockrabo, Mount Anville Road, Goatstown, Dublin 14. The development comprises the relocation of 2 no. permitted balconies at sixth and seventh floor levels of Block F, with minor associated elevational revisions to accommodate the relocated balconies. The development will be served by an internal circulation road connected to the permitted access road ‘Knockrabo Way’ (DLRCC Reg. Ref. D13A/0689; ABP Ref. PL.06D.243799, DLRCC Reg. Ref. D16A/0821 and DLRCC Reg. Ref. D16A/0960). The application does not impact on the future access to the Reservation for the Dublin Eastern Bypass.
